My first lesson after surgery! This was a difficult lesson for me, not only because of the difficulty of the piece, but also because of the lack of practice since the surgery. Due to the kind of surgery I had, my arm and neck movement was very limited for the first month. While I still have many restrictions, I can move my arms just fine now. This lesson essentially was a review of what we had done in December. Next week, I have to perform each section of the piece solo.
